Smarteeth, a Personal intelligent Assistant

As the main product of Smartory startup, Smarteeth is a collaborative project with Shahid Beheshti Medical University, focused on developing an AI-powered assistant for diagnosing dental disorders using various radiography images (panoramic, bitewing, and periapical) and RGB images taken by mobile cameras. I was part of the core research and development team, where we collected and annotated over 100,000 radiography images and established a standard protocol for medical history and diagnosis forms in clinics. The AI tasks in this project include classification, detection, and segmentation of dental disorders, while Large Language Models (LLM) were used to generate basic diagnostic reports and basic suggestions based on the teeth condition. The project received significant attention at Exida, the International Congress of Dentistry, and has resulted in published research at the ICROM conference, with two more papers in progress.
